BrainStorm

April 12, 2019 at 8:00am, Logistichunters, LLC was born. Founder, Chuck Mazul, approached the startup by integrating himself in a long haul of research and development. In order to fully understand the industry he knew he needed to become a part of the research. Step 1: buy a truck. Step 2: become knowledgeable of legal requirements to fully operate. Step 3: Get to work & experience the sweat and pain of operating on his own. Although, stage 3 isn’t where it stopped. The industry of the supply chain expands far beyond truck driving. Chuck began networking with people of various skills: Brokers, Dispatchers, Freight Forwarders, etc. From there Chuck’s knowledge went from 0mph to 100mph.

Knowledge is power. Networking with people builds empathy. Chuck realized that building empathy with knowledge creates a mural of what is truly important. How can one help people at a personal level? The supply chain world requires awareness of business & health. This industry is constantly changing with new regulations, younger workforce is replacing the old, issues with driver shortage, fair compensation, high costs, low parking space, language barriers, time away from home, and many more.

It’s time to provide current workers and those who are looking to get into the industry with true facts. Supply chain is not always a smooth ride. In fact, it’s more headaches than relief. Innovating how and what information we deliver builds an honest relationship. It also allows a better opportunity to teach and prepare human beings to successfully run any form of supply chain business and their personal life.
